Kiri Ahara (Milk Rice) Pujawa on 25th August Anuradhapura
Ceremony of annual Kiri Ahara pujawa for Anuradhapura Jaya Sri Maha Bodhiya (Sacred Boo tree) will be held on 25th August 2012 with the participation of Buddhist pilgrims from all over the country. All are welcome to Anuradhapura and Shanthi Hotel provides special accommodation with vegetarian menus for pilgrims on 24th to 27th August at a budget hotel rate.
